Homelist offers a fast, efficient, and easy-to-use Internet-based MLS service. From online listing administration to full listing searches, we offer the most flexible and reliable online MLS service available. An overview of our features and account types is given below.

Easy Online Listing Administration
Our online administration area allows the realtor to retain complete control over his/her Homelist listings. Each Homelist realtor is given a username and password to access the administration area . By logging in, the realtor gains access to his/her own area where listings can be easily added, modified, or deleted by completing simple forms. Other realtors are not able to access listings they have not been given permission on, so all listings are safe from alterations by others. Our MLS service is portable to Realtor.com .

Account Types
Homelist offers two basic account types for realtors to choose from.

1. Public MLS
   Public MLS simply allows realtors to publically display all of their listings on Homelist. All listings will be accessible to Homelist visitors. If you are interested in this service, please visit the pricing area to review the prices and request to be contacted by a Homelist salesperson.
   
   
2. Board MLS
   Board MLS allows a group of realtors to signup together, as a "board", and share listings with other members of the board. Each board is given a unique, password-protected URL under www.homelist.net where they may gain access the listings of other members. We also offer realtors the option of making their board listings publically available to all Homelist visitors. Since the needs of boards vary greatly, pricing is decided on a per-board basis.
